Processing fish is a large and complex task. Very few people like to process their own fish. Usually, fishermen like to deliver their fish to the cannery and be done with it. However, there is a downside to that. Some canneries don't take care of the fish as much because they depend on volume. This can result in low quality seafood that isn’t in the best interest of the consumer. We process all our own seafood and sell it direct. Therefore, the total responsibility is ours for the fish we process. It is our primary goal to deliver the best quality from the water to your table.
